Western Sahara ‘30 years is enough’ leaflet

War on Want wanted a leaflet that would mark the 30-year anniversary of the invasion of Western Sahara by Morocco and we settled on the idea of using iconic images from 1975. The brief turned out to be quite complex as the leaflet needed to incorporate two postcards for supporters to fill in, so the whole thing was printed on card with the postcards on a perforated section on the back. I pushed for a design that looked very different from War on Want’s usual campaign literature and as a result the leaflet proved to be very eye-catching and popular.
